Sunterra Greensprings - Review March 2007
Just got back from Greensprings last week - March 30, first visit. Am a Renter, not an owner. Had a 4br lockout. Was wonderful. Friendly staff and lots for kids to do. Easy walking around resort, nice playground, great outdoor pool. Great location near grocery stores, gasoline, even Starbucks!
However,

the indoor pool was CLOSED due to re-surfacing the entire week we were there. Fortunately, it was hot enough that the outdoor pool was open, though cold. We were allowed access to the indoor pool at the Powhatan, but we didn't go there. So if you're going soon and you want an indoor pool, check to see if it's open yet.
The rooms themselves were fabulous, maybe a little worn (big iron burn on carpet, broken blender, towel rack fell out of wall, minor things like that - but maybe this is a "rentor's" room and not one they give owners!)
Huge hot tubs, steam shower in great master bathroom. Nice kitchen, great patio. Maintenance came immediately when we needed a door fixed on tub. Two thumbs up.
Also MUCH closer to Jamestown than I realized. Anyone who visits really MUST must go see the site.
Enjoy your trip.
