Hi there! Yes we are going and cannot wait!!!
You will need to buy individual daily tickets for the Jamestown 400th events that will be taking place on Fri-Sun, May 11-13. They are $30 per person per day for adults, with no 3-day special pricing. So for us it was $180 for the three days (just two adults).
You also will need to buy tickets for Colonial Williamsburg which are sold at their visitors center or via their website:
http://www.history.org/ . There are daily and annual passes available. Which is best for you/your family will largely depend on how many days and how much you want to do and see in Williamsburg. They are not good for the Jamestown 400th events or venues.
For us, we bought the Independence Pass which is good for one year, gives us admission to all of the CW venues and provides for free tickets to their evening events (which run $10-$15 each). There is a lower tier annual pass which is like $55-$60 but with that one you only get 1/2 off on the evening activities so if you're going to do more than 3 or 4 of them, it's best to get the Independence Pass.
Here is the entire ticket page from the Jamestown 400th webpage, which includes the phone number you can use to call and order your tickets since you are having internet challenges:
