Hard to complain about the highway department's efforts to keep those SUVs from roaring through the neighborhoods at high rates of speed. But even so, it's not easy to understand why they install 15 mph humps on 25 mph roads.
Plus, it's not clear what the street sign writers were thinking...
I mean, shucks, no way it's a speed hump. If anything, it's a slow hump.
