Amtrak (CA Zephyr) delays?

I am looking at a train ride east to Omaha on the California Zephyr, connecting to a bus there. I understand that this train is often late, and found sites that give average delays to Chicago and San Francisco. But nothing for intermediate stops. Does anyone know of a web site that can tell me, on average or in recent weeks, how late the train is arriving in Omaha?
