It sounds like from the options you listed that you own Ocean Side. I would reccommend that you request a high floor on the pool side as close to the beach as possible. This will enable you to sit on the balcony and see what is going on at the pool and at the beach in front of the resort. That is unless you have a preference to see what is going on at the Dunes Club or at the Marriott Hotel pool. Construction noise should not be an issue.

We also own oceanview. We have been there twice; the first summer we were in the scallop bldg on the inside overlooking the pool and construction, with a view of the ocean and beach as well. It was fine, but this year I requested an outside unit. We were overlooking the Marriott Hotel pool but also had a spectacular view all the way down the beach. We were able to see fireworks from our balcony and it was much better than the inside view.
Also, request a high floor, but not the top because those balconies don't have an overhang and can get very hot and if it rains, you can't use them. For next year I already requested a high floor on the other side just to see it.
Remember, when you overlook either of the pools, they often play music from morning til night and that can be distracting sometimes. Enjoy-we love it there.

We were there in April and thanks to this board before we went we requested Scallop building, high floor, close to the beach. We were on the
7th floor overlooking the pools and we had a good view of the beach from our balcony.
