What does unit type 2 mean for schooner landing? Never mind, unit type 2 is a 1 bedroom and unit type 1 is a 2 bedroom.. :-)

Yes and no. Unit typ 2 consists of both 1 and 2 bedroom units. If you follow the link below, there is more info about the units.
