universal/IA tickets: any deals?

We are having a family reunion in Orlando at thanksgiving, and were wondering if anyone knows of special deals on universal studio/ island of adventure tickets.

If you have a Costco membership, I would check there. I too am taking the family to Universal Studios for Thanksgiving week and we purchased tickets throughout the year at Costco.

I think they were $142 each all in (no additional tax). This was for the three day 2 park passes.

Undercovertourist.com has discounted tickets also.

I second undercovertourist.com! I ordered tickets from their website on last Friday (before 12n) and received them on the following Tuesday. These are the "actual" Universal tickets, not vouchers. I ordered 3day park to park (Universal/Islands of Adventure) + Halloween Horror nights for $185.95 pp. This includes taxes and there is no shipping charge. Seeing you are going next month you won't be needing the Halloween Horror so I think it is only $149 pp for 3 day, a bit cheaper for 2 day park to park.

go to the Universal studios website, check tickets and look for the flexticket. It's been a few months since I was up there, but they had some good prices on combo tickets.

When you ordered form Undercovertourist, did you select regular shipping, or expedited 5 day? Their site indicates regular delivery is 10 business days. We are traveling to Florida in two weeks and would like to order, but may have to opt for Orlando pickup or pay $5 for five day expedited since 10 business days will be the day before we leave.

Hi Dioxide45. I ordered regular shipping on last Friday (10-12). I wasn't expecting the tickets to arrive so soon, because the website does say it takes an average of 10 days. My tickets were here on the following Tuesday (10-16), so thats like 3 business days? So they ship them out pretty quick. They sent me an email that same day to tell me they were shipped. We are leaving on the 25th and I originally thought I was cutting it close by ordering them so late, but they delivered pretty quick. Try and order before noon on the day you are ordering, that way they will probably ship them out that same day. They also shipped them UPS, not regular postal mail at no charge.
