NTHC - Who are they?

NTHC is actively working the last minute rental board. Evidently NHTC isn't a person but a timeshare rental/resale company. Has anyone done business with them. They evidently want to be an agent for my LMR and rent it to one of their clients. They want people to join their organization at $30/qtr for the same services TUG offers. And they don't bother to join TUG. I feel suspicious of this opportunistic behavior. What do you think?

I will be glad to answer any questions regarding who I/We are.

I did respond to a rental ad for the Ridge Tahoe, however, I have found something for my guest as I did not hear back from you.

NTHC is a member of TUG so I am not sure why I am showing as a guest.

I recently had occasion to rent from NTHC, specifically "Cindy" and then their office manager "Amy". My transaction and stay went very smoothly. There were no hitches, glitches or unexpected surprises. Communication was excellent and very professional. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again.:)

I have also rented from NTHC last year when I was planning a mini-vacation for my mother. I was able to get a great deal from them for the Fairfield Skyline at Atlantic City.

They were very responsive to all my questions and concerns. I would use them again in the future.
