Updated Recommendations for a Closing Company Please

Hi All -

I am giving one of my timeshares to a friend - no money changing hands so no need for escrow. We live in North Carolina and the TS is in MA.

timetraveltraders.com is recommended in the "sell" article as an inexpensive group to use for basic services like these. Is that still the case? Are there better options other than do-it-yourself, which we don't want to do? Just trying to save her a little money if I can.

I'm currently using the same company to transfer a "free" ownership to me as well. I'll let you know how it goes. So far, great communication !
