My sister-in-law and her husband bought the HSI package through Grand Mayan in Cancun yesterday March 11, and they need to rescind. The contract says nothing about how to do it, but I know they have five calendar days to do it. How do we do this, since they are no longer at the resort, they got back to the US today? Is there a sample letter, do we fax it and mail it to the sales office with return receipt, will they go by the day they get it or the day it is sent out? Thanks in advance for any insight!

Start by searching the threads here. Try Grand Mayan rescind. I know it has come up before good luck.
