Would you buy Float weeks 1-21,50-52 at this resort for $500 and how would these weeks trade?? Appreciate your knowledge

thanks
tom

Heck yea.
That is a Red Week aka, Platinum.
Every year or EOY?

1 bedroom or 2 bedroom?

Great buy if it is 1 bedroom (larger side), steal if it is a 2 bedroom lock off.

Assuming it's legit, I'd buy without hesitation. What a great deal that would be. It's too good to be true though.

It is a 2 bedroom non lock-off $500.00
Thanks for the info

Tom,

Sounds like an incredible deal. I'm paying 8k, but for a 2 bdrm l/o-red. I like your deal better, although we do plan to lock it off every other year and go for two weeks on the even years.

If you are questionable about the clearance of the close, make sure you pay for title insurance. Also, make sure you can get your money back ahead of time if Marriott exercises their First Right of Refusal FROR. Next, be sure the owner secures a week for you right away so you have what you want either for this year or next year.

Best of luck and we hope you enjoy.

Does this property have lock-offs and non lock-offs?

Agree that it should have great trading power! Amazing price!

There are no non lock-offs at DSV I or DSV II....How did you find this seller?
They either do not know the difference or something is fishy with this offer.

Many sellers just plain don't know. We bought our Harbour Lake week through an ad that had it listed as a non-lock off. Though it is indeed capable to lock the unit off with Marriott. They just don't know the difference. I doubt it is anything fishy.
