Bluegreen bonus time reservation

I am new to Bluegreen. I'd like to learn more about bonus time. I know it can be reserved 48 day in advance online or 45 days over the phone. But I can't seem to figure out how to do it online. I have an online account already. I purchased a resale week, no points. Maybe online reservation is limited to points only?

That would be my guess. The website is clearly meant for Vacation Club owners.
