Nothing fancy but a great beginner for someone starting out with timesharing. Worth 12 TPU's when using RCI. I will pay all fees.

To me this is a hidden gem resort if used in the summer.
The new outdoor pool is wonderful, boat rentals available, a new indoor pool is going to be built, 2 golf courses, a playground all within a gated community.
TS guests get full use of all the community facilities and you get day use privileges.
We got one of these from a TUG member two years ago and love it.

CSXjohn: Thank you for your comments about Silverwoods at Treasure Lake. We have loved this place for years ~ but our fun time was mostly in the winter. Our grandkids love the snow and we could take long walks in the woods, sled ride and ice skate when the lake was frozen.

My daughters fees are under $500 for their 2Br unit at Silverwoods, the units at Wolf Run Manor are a little higher.

The maintenance fees are $450.00, due in April, and I will pay 2014. And yes, as noted above - ice fishing is allowed.

STILL AVAILABLE. This is a beautiful area to visit in the Spring, Summer, especially Fall and Winter. State College is only 1 1/2 hours away, Cook Forest and the Clairion River for canoeing and fishing is 1 hour away. If you would like to try your luck in the Casino, Salamanka, NY is 2 hrs. away. Benezette, PA is 1 hour away and has the largest herd of Elk in Pennsylvania. These animals are magnificent. Don't miss out on a great vacation experience. Low MF and I will pay all fees.

Ah yes, I forgot about the elk in Elk county, get there very early for the best viewing. We there after sunrise on our fist attempt and didn't see any. We got there earlier the next time and had to wait for them to get off the road in front of our car, can't get any closer.
And don't forget the eternal tap at the Straub Brewery in St. Mary's. Free beer flowing everyday the place is open.
There's also a baseball bat factory very nearby.
