Oceanfront resort.

They are making improvements constantly and units are in the process of being remodeled, we saw two this January which were beautiful when we visited from St Augustine.

Free closing costs, free maintenance for 2015.

I'll reserve your choice of week for 2015.

Black out dates are weeks 7-8, 10-11, 26-27 (depending on race weeks)
Maintenance fee is $624, taxes are $85 last year

The 2 BD overlook the pool, but the 1 BD are ocean front. When we stayed (we chose to take a 1 BD so as to have the ocean front0, we left our door open and heard the surf at night. very enjoyable.
For the transfer company, I will use Lisa and Mary, as recommended by many TUGGERS; they are super!

That's a really good deal for an oceanfront resort in Florida. Especially for a floating week with so few black-out weeks! If I hadn't moved to a beach area I'd be grabbing this freebie! :cool:

They are 70 miles apart, I don't know how far the Disney block extends.

It's really a nice area a few miles from the crazy crowds located at the east end of one of the bridges to the mainland.

We go every year to Daytona and Orlando. Friends Stu and Nancy also do, even using RCI for their visits. This is an owned unit so would not affect exchanging.

If the 30 miles is accurate then this resort definitely falls outside that circle.
