Hgvc just rofr'd my purchase of 7000 points in Las Vegas for $3000. Aargghh.

You didn't really expect that to pass did you? 7K units in Vegas wont pass that cheap!

I thought the metric was approximately $1 per point, on average. Sometimes lower depending on the property and time of the year.

I think it depends on the points package. 3400-5000 point in vegas should pass ROFR for around $0.50/point, IMO (at least mine have). But it seems the 7k packages are closer to $1/point.

Agree on the higher point package price/point, that is my experience. I may have to pick a lower point package at $0.50/point.

Within the past 12 months, I had a Platinum 4800 pass at Vegas/Blvd at $3000, and a Platinum 4800 pass at SeaWorld at $2500. In case that helps anyone gauge the metric for 1 BR Platinum packages at low MF properties.

Just curious, what's your MF on these two units

If you look at the MF sticky we have here in the hgvc forum you will find you answer. I do however know that the 1br in Vegas at the boulevard is 581$
