I am new to this group. We have been in contact with a broker from this group about buying at Hyatt Pinon Pointe. The price for the unit is around 4000 but closing costs were 1300 much higher then the developer charges. It is a deeded property but wanted to check if that was legit. What should we expect to pay and should it be higher closing costs from a licensed broker then with the developer. The broker is Ricky Triplett. Has anyone dealt with him?
