Added bonus from CJ Timeshares and...

Resort Closing Services Inc.

A title insurance policy came in the mail for a unit I purchased in April from CJ. The letter was from the closing company.

I already reported how smoothly the transaction went and now this bonus.

I don't really know what's wort to me as a timeshare owner but I like it.

It is issued by Alliant National Title Insurance Company and has Florida modifications included.

In terms of dollar value, the protection maxes out at whatever you actually paid to purchase same. Nonetheless, a nice (and unexpected) touch.

Thanks theo, I was thinking more on the lines of "What could go wrong" when I asked about its worth, but after thinking about this assures me that there are no monetary claims against the ownership.

CJ has sent these to me, also. It is a very pleasant surprise. Even if it isn't particularly useful, the extra follow up is certainly nice. When I bought HGVC from them, they sent me a member handbook.
