I am NOT happy. I wanted to book a few weeks tonight. This is ridiculous. I hope everyone is having the same problem; otherwise, some people are able to book ahead of me by 9 hours, which is how long I have to wait to be able to make the phone call.

Thanks for the suggestion, and I did exactly that. I am so livid, I cannot even think straight right now! :mad:

I used Chrome and IE, and I will try Edge on my other computer. I am so frustrated!

I was trying to book 6/23 now, and then 6/24 at midnight Eastern Time. The two bed lockoffs are already gone for 6/23. I see availability for a 2 bedroom, but I cannot book it. UGH!

I paid multiple maintenance fees three days ago online and had no problem doing that!

I would keep trying - things often bog down, and then open up again.

But a few minutes before midnight, sign off, and then back on again, and get set up again, but don't click FIND AND RESERVE until midnight Eastern.

Don't even do a trial run, because if you do, the system has to back you out of it, before you can put in a search after midnight.

Still cannot book anything. I see availability and go to reservation details, there is a pause, then the same dreaded message.

No 2 bed lockoffs showing at all on for either date. Darn it! I need to book lockoffs too.

You may have an issue on your computer. Did you use other computers/devices?

Yep. I used Rick's ipad with Safari, his computer with Firefox, my tablet with Google Chrome, my laptop with Google Chrome,and my old laptop with Edge.

The problem is we own too many weeks in our account. I know that's it, but no one will say it aloud. The little wheel turns after I select a week, and then I get the message above in red letters. It's as if the computer doesn't know which week to select. I have paid the maintenance fees on most of our weeks.

The IT people are supposedly working on it. I doubt anything will get fixed. I have confidence that Treniecia (correct spelling of her name) is doing all she can. She has already called me once and is going to call again on Tuesday or Wednesday, and I think she will follow through, I have confidence. She agrees this gives others an unfair advantage, and I pay a lot of fees, so I shouldn't be blocked for owning too many weeks.

There are too many weeks to list to choose which one to use. So owning two or three weeks is different from owning, for example, 20 of a particular unit type. There may not be enough room to list 20. I don't know. I am guessing.

Not sure if it is helpful, but I went in and checked for my (plantation phase) unit. All the screens are different now, but it seems to work. I went right through until I had to confirm and it seemed to work. Just didn't confirm a week I didn't want.

I only have one week.

I hope you get the issue resolved. Let me know if there is anything I can check for you to help.

Don't mean to add frustration, but I own 14 Vistana VOIs at different resorts. Two of them at SBP. I tried a dummy SBP reservation (stopped just before completing it) and it worked for me using safari on an iPhone.

It sounds like you may own 20 units of the same type? That could be a problem but it does not seem to be a problem if you own several units at different places.

A few in S and VA, a single resort in NC, MD, PA, and UT, plus Jamaica and the Bahamas
I think I am going to have problems booking the 1 br SBP. The 2 br units that I need show up online but it won't show me 1 br's unless I specifically ask and then it wants to charge in SO's and tells me my window isn't open yet.
