Some interesting things to note:

Looks like they're considering letting owners rent SOs to fill in. I can see an upside and a downside to that. Upside is that you don't have to buy another TS to get enough SOs to travel to a resort or season that is more expensive that your current number of SOs. The downside is that people who spent a lot of money in order to get more SOs will be competing with short-term renters. What's the point of having all that currency if you can't spend it?

Looks like they're also considering letting owners book Starwood hotels with SOs (or a conversion).

My suggestions for improvement is: 1) More resorts! and 2) Keeping MFs stable.

Top 3 Things that are important to me are:
Ability to exchange into resort of my choice.
Villa of my choice
Week of my choice

P.S. Having trouble getting into MSC today. Looks like they're moving to StarCentral.com instead of MyStarCentral.com?

Hi Lisa,

I'm in the process of purchasing my first Starwood property. Do I need to wait to get my deed to get an account on StarCentral.com?

thanks

Yes, you'll need to wait until SVO processes the transfer.

I absolutely agree with you.

Also, I think renting SOs would be a horrible idea.

Thank you, I'm heading into my busy season at work, so I have been trying to get as much done as possible before I start working some heavy hours

And as always there is no space to speak about things we do not like to suggest areas to improve, rather clickable options. The only real comment area is suggestions for products and services.

One improvement I would like to see relates to changing a reservation. If you have a reservation and don't have any more SO's available, and you want to make a change, they can't hold the available new reservation for 10-15 minutes while they cancel your current ressie to free-up your SO's. They have to cancel your current ressie and then hope your new ressie is still available. Can be risky and you could lose everything.

Not sure the survey will allow these types of comments, but I will try.

I did rate low for the number of choices that we have. I'd love to see more options, but I doubt that will happen any time soon.
