Another great week for free!!

Island Park Village near Yellowstone.

This is a one bedroom floating unit - INCLUDES ALL 52 weeks and it is easy to reserve a summer week for either your own use, rental or deposit into an exchange company.

A reservation has been secured for SATURDAY, JULY 18, 2015. The new owner will have the use of that week on taking over maintenance fees for 2015.

Maintenance fees are a total of $632.

This unit exchanges with RCI, Interval and is managed by Trading Places International. I regularly receive an offer for an accommodation certificate (bonus week) from Interval, although I have never exchanged the week through Interval.

I will pay transfer fees. I am attempting to give away my two remaining timeshares due to my husband's health issues - we are close to home these days.

Please feel to personal message me with any questions.

Bev

[edited] July. How come you don't describe it very much?
Does it have a bathroom? Does it have a view? Does it have a kitchen? Does it have windows that open? Can you describe the floor plan?
Me thinks that you probably figure that everybody knows all about this place, but I don't!
If you really want to sell the property, you might consider a better marketing plan!

Avelox, have you checked the TUG Reviews for Island Park Village, or searched the TUG Forums for threads about the place? It's extremely well known, very popular, and very worthwhile to stay at. You may find rentals for it in the TUG Marketplace, or on Trading Places International, that manages it. Your questions can easily be answered with a bit of research. I stayed there last Summer, and it's a fine place to stay, and only about 20 miles from the West Yellowstone entrance to the park. :)

I actually purchased this property for exchange purposes. I have never stayed there but can probably give a pretty good summation for some of your questions.

It does have a bathroom. It does have a kitchen. I wouldn't be able to say definitively about the windows but being that it's not a high rise type place, I would suspect they open. There are no floor plans online and as I said, I have not stayed there. As has been mentioned, I'd suggest you could call the resort and/or do some research online.

We own there. Windows open, kitchen is well equipped. Even compactor, crockpot, blender. Only thing odd is that the bathroom in a 1 BR is in the bedroom. There is a door, but access is in the bedroom. No wi-fi, or a/c which is very seldom needed. Flat screen TVs, cable, central bbq area.

Jim, they must have different floor plans. We stayed in a 1br, and the bathroom was off the hallway heading toward the bedroom. Definitely separate from the bedroom.

AC offer from II

I just logged into my II account and this week qualifies for an accomodation certificate. So an extra week's vacation if you decide to deposit.

Just about the floorplan. THis is a floating week, so there is no fixed unit number attached. It is call in and request up to one year in advance.

We stayed there a few years ago. Nice place, and yes, you had to enter the bedroom to access the bathroom.

Taken

This timeshare has been spoken for. Just as a matter of interest, it was actually through a Craigslist ad I had submitted. But it's gone.

Thanks very much.
