Marriott Canyon Villas Question

I have someone interested in renting my 2BR villa for March. How do I know if the full 2 BR configuration is 2 Queens + pull out sofa or King plus pull out sofa in guest suite?
also, what is current status re reciprocity with JW Marriott? WHen I was last there, we could use the pool

We just got back from Canyon Villas. Only had a 1 BR so can't help on the 2 BR configuration, but guests can still use the lazy river pool and other facilities at the hotel. The desk staff are very nice and I'm sure would quickly answer your layout question.

As owner services or the resort what room type you have. I do not have the codes in front of me.

A two bed room lock off has a king in the 2nd bedroom. A dedicated 2br has two beds in the 2nd bedroom. We had this issue with a reservation in 2011. Had to request a change of room typo and it took a couple months to get into the non-lock off unit. My 19 year old daughter thought it was time to have a bed of her own instead of sharing with grandma.
