We have booked a spring break week, either 10 or 11 for the past three years and then rented privately, using $$ to pay maintenance fee and book additional Mexico week. Per Redweek alerts I have been receiving, March 2017 rentals are being listed for $500-700 more than in previous years. Is there something special planned for Phoenix next March?

The only week we were able to get at CV next year, was - on DCP points, not a trade - was a 1BR, the last week of March, going into early April. Later today, I am going to try to figure out if how ot post, if there are any Tuggers who might want to TRADE us (we woudl be each others' *guests"?) for an earlier week. We care more about seeing more baseball than the possibility of getting Final Four tickets We still have our 1BR portion of our MGC in II, and 7 places and three weeks all seeking a trade- but nothing is coming up. Several studios - no 1BR. We are OK with that last week - be will trade into earlier if it comes up. Just trying to better our position.

Thanks - that makes sense! It's always Cactus League Spring Training but I figured there had to be something else driving up rental prices. Tuggers always know best :p:cheer:
