Hi Tuggers!
I am far from being a newbie! Been on And off Tug since it began. I as many others I am sure do not Know what all the Initials stand for on TuG. I may have missed the post if there ever was one on this subject. But for the benefit of the initially challenged, can you tell us what an AC, STT, ROFR and many other initials stand for here? I do know that TUG is Timeshare Users Group!
Thank you!

AC = accommodation certificate. It's something Interval International (II) gives out on occasion. It's just like a bonus week. You can book a week without an exchange.

STT = I read it as Saint Thomas. I could be wrong, though.

ROFR = Right of first refusal. Some resorts have ROFR during the resale process. This means that once a contract has begun between a buyer and a seller, the resort can buy back the unit under the same terms as stated in the contract. The result for the seller doesn't change, but the buyer now gets their money back instead of the timeshare they planned on buying.
