A timeshare scam is operating currently under the names World Class Residence Club and The Kingdom Resorts - www.worldclassresidenceclub.com and www.thekingdomresorts.com

The con is operated in Freeport, Grand Bahamas. They purport to be a resort, however the place featured on their websites is actually a small subdivision of privately owned homes.

They are 100% fraudulent and, as they are operating outside the USA they appear to keep getting away with it. No one needs to take my word for it - simply apply the usual due diligence to a purchase and you will avoid being hoodwinked. From what I hear, they make their money by targeting churchgoers, building trust and then getting money handed over on a handshake.

So I would guess that if you ask for the "deal" in writing as a legal contract so you can obtain legal advice before you sign anything or put down a "deposit" you will protect yourself because they will not be able to come up with a legitimate and legally sound contract that would withstand a lawyer's scrutiny.
