Company to hold escrow only

Looking for a reputable timeshare closing company that will hold escrow only. This is a simple lease contract where name will just be changed so we don't need anything else. Thanks.

The person who asked the question is located in the US - not the UK. Why would anyone in the US want to use escrow in the UK???

I ended using Dave Heine at PCS Title (closemytimeshare.com). I used him in the past but didn't know his company would hold escrow for $100.00. He has a 6 page form that both the buyer and seller fill out their respective parts. He is very thorough. He also gave me all the information on the bank they use to hold the money. I appreciate everyone's advice.
