I have heard rumors that I can title transfer my deed back to my resort. or that I can will my deed back to my resort upon my death. Is either of these thing fact, and if not why.:shrug:

It depends on the resort and its management. You need to contact them.

Some will take them back if they feel they can sell them to someone else. Others won't, as it is the loss of maintenance fee income.

This is great advice. If you think a deedback will work best for you, call. If the answer is that they don't take deedbacks, call again 3 months later, then 6 months later if necessary. I have arranged deedbacks at 4 Resorts just by doing this as I have downsized my protfolio.
