If you own a 2 br at WKORV can you reserve the lockoff and 1 br for consecutive weeks at months out? Does this need to be done in 2 phone calls (each one week apart but both 12 months in advance)? Simple question for WKORV owners as I'm deciding if it's better to buy a 1 br or 2 br (and lock if off for a second week).

Has anyone done this? Is it reasonably easy or hard to get two consecutive weeks 12 months in advance?

I think this came up a couple of months ago. I believe it was determined that two calls would be needed--first to reserve one side, with another call the following week to reserve the other side. I don't know if many people have done this, but I would think if you called right at 12 months you'd be fine--unless they were holiday weeks.

As an owner, it is easy to get 2 consecutive weeks, if you call exactly at 12 mos. in the early a.m. We reserved our 2 bdm. for 2 consecutive weeks for this coming July. (Week 1 - studio, Week 2 - 1 bdm.) I put in both reservations with the same phone call. However, they can't process the second week, until one week later, but they put it in the system and my 2nd week was actually reserved before the office opened, 1 week later, at 12 mos. out. (I could tell that by the time on the email confirm that was generated.)

In theory, my Resv. was been placed before people who called after the office opened, and therefore should have priority for location. But, I won't really know until I see what unit I get - I'll keep you posted! ;)
