I am looking to add HGVC to my timeshare portfolio. I am looking to buy a platinum Las Vegas Hilton 2 Br ( 7000 points ). Wondering what is the lowest price that can pass ROFR. IS Hilton aggressively exercising ROFR on platinum weeks ?. I have seen some ebay auctions (Platinum) that close below $1 / point. Wonder whether they will pass ROFR ?. Greatly appreciate your thoughts.

You could look for Flamingo in Las Vegas, which is the only HGVC that doesn't have ROFR.

Hgvc $ is a moving wall

Most that sell think the floor for las vegas is around 10 - 13 k
Most will other who bought would say 7 - 10 k
Hilton could say anything from 1 dollar to 25k

But i paid less after a long search so i think it is hit or miss and supply and demand.

Buy low as worst case is hilton get another and after so many attempts they will have them all and thre will not be any resales.

My perspective is the price for 7000 point is some what protected by all the people and that a 8 to 9 thousand dollar is a go steady offer as that is the long term number that seems to be constant of hit or miss with rofr with hgvc.

So what would you like to sell a 7000 point for?
Would you expect more or less monie for a 7000 point vegas unit?
Want out and price goes down.
To greedy and price to high

I bought off of E-Bay and my home resort is the Las Vegas, Karen St. location. Paid just under 10k total.
