Management Fees

Can someone tell me what Hilton charges for a management fee?

At Westgate it is 15% of operating costs plus they get to keep all floating exchange fees which I expect are fairly large.

There's no simple answer to your question.

You'd have to examine budgets or contracts of the HOA's at each Hilton-owned and affiliated resort. As many of these are "captured" HOA's, no one seems to question it. HGVC earns its keep otherwise with a club membership fee that all owners pay, and fees for services used, i.e. reservations, banking, guest certificates, etc.

The most recent audited financial statement posted on the website for HGVC South Beach was 2011. They did identify a Management Fee of $232,810 which was about 12.0% of the budgeted Maintenance Fees.
