We've been looking at WKV premium one bedrooms, and the maintenance fees for different units (all 1 BR Premium) are different. I'd thought the mtce fee would be identical among identical units!?

Could that be correct? (Or am I somehow not doing an apples-to-apples comparison?

And if the maintenance fees do in fact differ between identical units, why??

WKV consists of a small one bedroom attached to a large on bedroom - each side has a different MF. It may be that some of the Ads are not clear on whether it's the large or small unit.

Also, because it's a mandatory resort (has Staroptions) there is yearly SVN fee of about $140, which may be included in some Ads and not in others.

Another reason the ads are inconsistent is that some sellers are sloppy and show last year's MF's.

For calendar 2015, the MF's are $867 for the large side, $547 for the small side, and $1,414 for the two bedroom (to the nearest dollar).
