Mixed up my timeshare stats

Hi I have a studio timeshare called Holly Tree. I deposited the first time in 2015 into VRI. I traded for a larger unit and was charged upgrade fee. All was fine. 2016 week I deposited in VRI. Then got a note to join II which I did. Somehow my studio was posted as a one bedroom on II with a different unit number. And on VRI it is posted as a studio that sleeps 2. It is supposed to sleep 4.
I talked to II and they are going to contact Holly Tree since they made the mistake. Should I contact the Holly Tree and tell them the info for VRI is wrong also? This is making my head spin. If I didn't already have plans for this year I would just stay at the resort. Oh yeah they also gave me bonus weeks. Which I can't use because there are hardly any 2/2 studios that I can find! And just the slightest upgrade is $50.00 plus exchange fee!
Just need to vent and see if others have had this problem?

At my VRI resort, I can elect to deposit ANY unit I own there (other than weeks converted to RCI Points) by the weekly deposit to II, RCI and VRI. I have deposited the STUDIO side of a L/O to RCI and the 1/1 side to II ... both the same unit, week & year ... just II trades for LIKE size and RCI allows me to combine RCI TPUs into a LARGER NUMBER to exchange with (and gives me the TPU change).

Easy to get confused as to WHERE a week went. .

OK - but the post sounds like she deposited the same 2016 studio with 2 different exchange companies?

I think she joined II and the property was added to profile. I don't think it was an actual deposit.

That is what happened, I deposited my 2016 week in VRI, then a week later got a letter to join II . Thought I could transfer the deposit butHolly Tree says it is already being used by VRI. Just called to make an exchange with VRI. 2017 week will be in II. After I pay maintenence fee!

With most exchange companies, deposit are final. Look at it this way - maybe someone else already exchanged for your week.
