Yes, I am having trouble too. It was working well earlier.

Dang, looks like the maintenance last night didn't fix what ails them. It's been hit and miss for days...going on weeks... seems like it's getting worse not better.

And once again....the site crashes.

Newsflash ... In a cost cutting move Wyndham discontinues internet booking and forces customers to utilize the phone booking service.... FOR A FEE! Booking hours are from 9am the 915a. LOL

Phone lines have been busy for days.

It's could happen to you.

Didn't they have a scheduled downtime? It is down for me right now. Nothing will load.

Yes, in addition to the daily downtime from 11:45-7:00, they had an extended maintenance window last night that started at 9:30 I believe. The fruits of their labors have been... more downtime.

Once again Customer Service (VC's) are totally unaware of any issues on the website. And their system was up when the website was down. Around 6:30 ET I called to cancel something - website was down but they were not (typical).

And yes, getting very old. (Website is up now, hurry if you need something).

So embarrassing that a company with the size and assets of Wyndham can't seem to keep a member website operational. Perhaps its time for them to fire a few of the sales weasels and focus on tech for a bit..

Wyndham website: Can't enter Canadian postal code

I have also had problems with the website being down sporadically. Today I had another problem. I tried to enter a Canadian address for a guest certificate for a friend. It stopped me when I entered the postal code. A message popped up saying that zip codes are numeric only. I'm not sure what I am supposed to do since Canadian postal codes also include letters. Maybe it is part of their "upgrade" for the website. Very frustrating!

For other countries you put 11111 as the zip code.

It's always been like that, not part of the "upgrade". You can enter 99999 and put the real code in the 2nd line of the address.

Website was down again last night.. Does anyone have a screenshot of the server error. Wyndham is now saying that owners must supply a screenshot when the website is not operational to have points returned. Stated that phone calls from multiple owners reporting the outage is no longer sufficient per a new notice from upper mgmt. In the future, when I get an error- I'll post a copy of the screenshot in this thread. Hopefully, it will be helpful to others..

If you do the same, try to capture just the image of the Apache error script and date/time stamp. Try to cut the log in info.

No cancel button

The website seems to have been "better" lately. I'm still seeing slowdowns, but overall better than it had been.

This amused me - no cancel button: http://cl.ly/image/1n0R1k3S293u

I was able to refresh after a few minutes and have the cancel button again. Go figure.

Late to comment - but I do like the idea of posting screenshots here if the site is down, especially at closing time. I've not had trouble yet having a VC take care of things the next day, but I've been lucky, I've only had to do so a few times. I've been able to cancel ahead more than I typically care to and I've been able to avoid to hassle of calling.
