Mistake in my exchange history. Wyndham RCI account.

I have an exchange in my exchange history that I never took.
It's to Orange Lake and I have never stayed there but I know they have a 1 in 4 and if I decided I wanted to stay there this might impact me.
Even says I used my Wyndham points which I did not.

Have you guys encountered these types of errors?
Probably won't do anything about it but sheesh, this came with the website upgrade.

From that it looks like an exchange that was cancelled. Is that possible? Is it perhaps the previous owner of your Wyn points?

I guess it could be.
That might be the year I bought Wyn. Don't really remember right now.

None of my past exchanges show up in Wyndham RCI, but then again I haven't been to any 1-in-4 resorts.
