Kingsgate Board of Directors Recommendation

Hi, I am an owner at Kingsgate and there is an upcoming election for Board of Directors for the HOA (hope I am using the correct terminology). I have reviewed the bios of the candidates and am still undecided. If any other owners have a recommendation, I would very much appreciate it.

We support Felicia Young and Gerald Thompson, both have management , marketing and rental management expertise. Both want to hold down the cost and maintain the properties as well.

2016 Meeting Feedback?

Did anyone here actually go to the Kingsgate 2016 Annual Meeting? Can anyone report on what happened (who got re/elected, etc.)?
