New HGVC affiliated resort

Just got a call from Valdoro Marketing.. they are the developer for the HGVC affiliated Valdoro Mountain Lodge in Breckenridge. The rep said that the Valdoro was 90 % sold and that the developer was soon going to announce the launch of a new resort in Niagara Falls. She said the new resort would again be affiliated with HGVC. Anyone else hear anything about this new resort??

I haven't heard anything.. but I know some new locations are in the works.

--- Especially on the US Side, Niagara Falls NY. At least in Ontario side, it has Casino, Marine World (couple more attractions). I think a 2 or 3 days weekend in Niagara Falls will be enough.

If this rumor is true, the location would be on the Ontario side. AD Sharp Development Co (who owns Valdoro) is developing the Grand Niagara Resort. See this link for more information.

I am glad it is an affiliate and not a HGVC development. It appears that HGVC is trying to get into locations that no one is currently in and possibly where no one wants to go.

WE go there every year. There is a Shaw Festival with live theater at Niagara on the Lake, zillions of wineries, and beautiful scenery.

I don't know about that. I have been to Niagara Falls one time and I would go again and do more exploring in the area this time. It looks like it's only a couple of hours from Toronto. But that's just me.....
