Hello i just see that if you book an exchange week on any mayan property you have to pay 75 fee but this include gym and free wifi, the cost of $ 75 is for no mexico resident and for mexico resident or i believe mexicanos its a fee of $ 500 its this a racism fee? also they dont let any mayan palace owner to book and exchange.

what do you think

check the facts

If you book an exchange (not just MP but all levels) you have to deposit a week.....you just can't pick up an extra vacation. The $75 is reasonable if you are not an owner. The rates for a Mexican resident might be different from the start so you cannot make any assumptions that you alluded to.

Additional fees are irritating (to say the least) for any exchange--and Vida is not the only timeshare system where fees are charged.

Vida owners, to my understanding, can no longer exchange in at all, regardless of what deposit they're using as an exchange. You may want to verify that you can even exchange in at all, since you're a member of the group.
Also check the MX forum.

Edited to add I don't believe II restricts Vida owners from exchanging into Luxxe with other deposits which II accepts.
