Fpr developer purchases, you pay $99/yr for the first interval and $33 (or close to that?) for the second interval.

I have heard that for resale intervals, they are charged $99/yr, even if the owner owns a developer interval, but I have no experience with those. Maybe some resale owners can clarify. Not sure what happens if you own, say, 3 resale intervals. I wonder if you pay $99 x or do they have you pay the subsequent interval rates!?

It would be good to hear from someone who owns a developer and resale, and someone who owns 2 or more resales.

Its $99 (or $103 now?) + $33 for each thereafter

There is NO SVO fee for resales.

Um...well, my mandatory resale has a SVO fee of $99/year. And they tried charging me $30/yr for the non-mandatory (which they were supposed to refund...hmmm...I don't think they have yet...). So, yes, SVO fees are charged for at least the mandatory properties (and those that you requalify, if that applies to your situation).

I think I remember reading once that there is no SVN fee for the third (and subsequent) weeks owned. I can't confirm, since I just bought my second unit. Anyone know for sure?

You are right. I haven't been charged the membership for neither my third or fourth unit.

You are correct. There is a $99 fee for the 1st week, $30 fee for the 2nd week, and $0 for each additional week.
