Giving thanks!
Shaggy,
It seems like the last two years have been filled with reports of illness, and passings.
I am SO happy to hear the great news.
....Almost totally for your sake (but selfishly for my sake as well--- just to hear a really positive health report.)
I am SO glad you posted----it helped ME!!
Best wishes,
Pat
It must feel as thought the gray cloud has lifted and the sun is shining on your shoulders once again! Congratulations!
I'll be happy to take you out of for the celebratory beverage of your choice, if you ever want to meet. (I work in W-S.)
Shaggy,
When I read very good news like this, it really sheds light on what is truly most important in life: Our health.
Congratulations!
I posted this on Facebook and deceided I should do it here. Some of you know I was diagnosed with CLL (Chronic lymphacitic leukemia) about 2 1/2 yrs ago but it was in stage 0. It scared the h out of me because my brother had died from that. I was being checked every six months and Monday when I went the Dr. said my counts have gone down ( still higher than the normal person) He said he didn't think I would EVER need treatment since it hadn't manifested by now it probably wouldn't. I will still need to be checked every year . He told me when I was first diagnosed that one out of three would not need treatment. I asked him if he remembered what I had told him that very first day-- that I was going to be the ONE!!! We both grinned and I gave him a big hug and a kiss on the cheek and said see ya next year!! Happy travels!!
It's like a black cloud has lifted and I feel so so blessed. I tried to not think about it and thought as I would make plans for another trip, is this the trip I might have to cancel?
Thanks to all of my friends for keeping the positive thoughts flowing!!
Hugs, shaggy
