Terminology between II and RCI

I am more familiar with II system as I have been using it for a few years to book exchange and Get-away. One of my friend is with RCI but does not know how to use it. I would like to help. I use their account to login RCI, there are some terminology that is new to me. I hope I can get answers from this forum, also some other questions.
- Last Call : Is it the same as "GetAway" in II ?
- Extra Vacation : what is it ? same as "GetAway" in II?
- In II, we can purchase "Guest Certificate" for family and friends, it costs about $59. Is there the same thing in RCI ? How much does it cost ?
- How much is exchange fee in RCI ? Is on-line processing cheaper ?
- For an EOY timeshare, what is the latest time to deposit ?

Last Call's are getaways in the next 45 days. They have a set price based on size unless their is a sale. Sometimes there are sales on the same inventory through Extra Vacations which may be cheaper than last call. You should check the price on both just to be sure you are getting the lowest price.

Guest Certs are available I think the are currently $59

Rci's exchange fees are higher. $209 online and $219 over the phone.

You can deposit as late as 14 days before check in but the later you deposit the less it will be worth. 9 months or more is supposed to give you the highest possible trading value. You should be we to determine the value of your week with the deposit calculator (but it's buggy) before depositing.
