AND... Seller allowed me to call Starwood for my 2011 reservation. Got the date I wanted right away (8/28). This was the same week I had been calling for daily with my Phase 1 week and had been unable to get.

Congrats! I've been looking at his postings for quite some time and prices look good. How does the transfer of funds for the timeshares work? Do you put a down payment down to hold it? pay with credit card? Thanks!

I mailed a check to the owner for the deposit and will pay the remainder upon closing. Its such a small amount of money changing hands between the owner and myself that he is taking personal checks.

Glad to hear this, he is a recent new TUG supporting advertiser too.
