Looking to rent a minivan for two weeks in January. Rates quoted are double what I paid at Alamo last year ,all over $100.00. Any suggestions or ideas appreciated

Rental prices seem to be up considerably everywhere. We just reserved a car in Orlando for the last week in Jan. from Ez car rentals. They had the best price.

Try Dollar rental, with corporate code bj5013 (from BJs wholesale)
I just checked their site before replying and it still works.
e.g November weekly rental for a minivan (Dodge Caravan) $295.00 + tx.

Thank you so much, Jomer001!

Without using the BJ rate, I couldn't find a minivan for less than $599. We're going to Orange Lake in February with our daughter and her family.

Do I have to show proof that I'm a BJ member?

I used the code three times in the past, they never asked for my Bjs membership card, but for your peace of mind, sign up a membership and cancel after the trip. :)
