Very mad at II today.....

I have requested my TS unknown week to be deposited into II.

My TS deposited a week in July but my membership ends June.

II called and told me I MUST pay for another year of membership.

This has never happened to me before....

Can I cancel my membership after 1 month(July)? Do I get 11 month back when I cancel in July?

Is RCI the same?

ALL exchange companies are the same. To use their services, you must be a member.

Yes, perhaps your membership ends a month after the deposit, but I am assuming that you want to actually USE the deposit for an exchange after that? You can't make an exchange, unless you are a member...

If I make an exchange for May 2015, do I still need to be II member until June or July?

Sorry for confusion, my membership ends in June and my TS deposited July week to II.

You must be a member until after your exchange is completed. You cannot request dates that extend beyond the end of your membership.

I think they will make you pay another year to use a week that is beyond your membership time. I think (but not so sure on this one) that if you call up and cancel they will prorate your membership refund. I would try and do it before the old one lapses but you are still back from your exchange and see if they will refund the entire year.
