When did II change the ongoing search capability?

When did II change their website?

I had difficulty even formulating that question on the title of the thread. I am having all kinds of trouble with II today. I went to modify an ongoing search, and the page looks different. Not only that, but it's not user friendly AT ALL. I am bummed because it's been so easy in the past and now it's impossible to see what I have requested already to modify the search.

Wow. I see what you mean. I have an OGS that I modified right after Thanksgiving and the page and procedure were as before. After reading your post I reviewed the request and it is in a much different format. I hope it turns out to be an improvement, or at least not a disaster, but we all have past experiences, good and bad, with such "improvements".

Definitely different and not sure if it's improved.

I wish it was possible to be very specific with our on line requests. Like Friday only check in or check in only on specific dates-without having to call in.

I keep trying to add two resort codes and dates to a request already in place, and their "improvements" are not allowing me to add anything at all. Not only that, but I cannot delete the searches I had in place.

Not cool, II!

I reviewed my request again and nothing works for me. Nothing happens when I put a resort code in and click on "Add", or if I click on "Use Map", "Edit Dates" or "Delete Dates". It seems like they have put up a new request modification capability in a very early stage of development.

It's working perfectly fine for me. I can see my current requests below and when I add a resort it adds it below. I click agree and go through the process of completing the request update. I don't have any issues at all and the new feature is an improvement in my eyes.

I wonder if there are compatibility issues.

I looks pretty with the resort pictures. I tried to delete a resort from my request. It seemed to work ok but when I went back to "my units" and "review requests", the one I deleted was still there. I logged out and back in and it was still there. Using Chrome.

I successfully deleted one, although it was one I had just added and not one that was already there before the changes. Knowing how II programs features with bugs I am quite certain that there will be issues. Hopefully any issues get resolved in short order.

I am also using Chrome.

Yeah, I am having problems and also use Chrome.

I need to modify my search criteria and may need to call. I dread those calls to II. They always try to sell me something or act like I am a novice at exchanging. We have been II members for 33 years.
