I have a Special season week in Orlando that has Christmas and New years weeks in it. I know both of these are top weeks according to the TDI and should be near optimal in terms of trading power. I was just wondering does one or the other week have an edge over the other in trading power? I've always imagined more people stay home for Christmas and then travel New Years week but I'm not sure how to verify if that's true. Between December 18-31 which date would you pick to deposit?

They both should be strong but if one were stronger than the other in Interval International it would be week 52 (NYE week) over week 51. In RCI where trade power is transparent they both are just about equal.

If you look at the rental market there is way more demand for week 52 in Orlando although there is still a strong demand for week 51. Not all schools have the entire week 51 off. Almost all schools have off the entire week of week 52. Also there are families who like to spend Christmas at home with extended family and then leave after for week 52.
