I did a search this morning with my friend's account. I found a couple of weeks that were awesome. So, I decided to book one with my account.
I logged out of my friend's account and logged into mine. I got an error message when I tried to look at the week:
"Our online search feature is currently unavailable. Please try again later or call the Call Center."
I went back to my friend's account, and the week was still there. I went back and forth twice to each account. My account showed the error; my friend's showed the weeks.
I did this all on the same computer. I clicked on other available weeks to see if there was a fluke.
I was looking at the 7500 pt last minute deals. And, the two weeks I tried to book were both part of my "Favorite" searches.
So, that makes me wonder. Why am I being excluded from seeing these last minute deals on my Favorite searches?
