Is RCI blocking/filtering certain users from "Favorite" Search deals?

I did a search this morning with my friend's account. I found a couple of weeks that were awesome. So, I decided to book one with my account.
I logged out of my friend's account and logged into mine. I got an error message when I tried to look at the week:
"Our online search feature is currently unavailable. Please try again later or call the Call Center."

I went back to my friend's account, and the week was still there. I went back and forth twice to each account. My account showed the error; my friend's showed the weeks.
I did this all on the same computer. I clicked on other available weeks to see if there was a fluke.
I was looking at the 7500 pt last minute deals. And, the two weeks I tried to book were both part of my "Favorite" searches.
So, that makes me wonder. Why am I being excluded from seeing these last minute deals on my Favorite searches?

It wouldn't surprise me. Right now I'm wrestling to get an exchange online that I see but it keeps going back to search screen. And of course today is Sunday and Rci is closed (when did they get religion anyway and decide to close their call centers on Sundays when most of us are off work and planning vacations?) hmmmmm???? :annoyed:

Ruling out any potential idea that the weeks I was looking at might have already been booked-- that I got that error message because the week was no longer available...
I logged out of my account one more time... went back into my friends account and borrowed 7500 pts. to book one of the weeks.
