Accom Cert for 2016- only places that begin with the letter "A" are available

Received a promotion from II saying if I deposit my week for 2016 by June 28th of this year, I'll get a free week next year. The Accommodation Certificate has a grid that lists which places are available , to use the Accommodation Cert. All of the locations only begin with the letter "A". There are NO OTHER options. Antigua (Africa), Arizona, Argentina….nothing else.
How is that possible?
Yet, when I chose a location via the map I found that there are several places on Cape Cod that are available for the specific dates I'm looking for (Easter week next year)..but again, nothing else.
Doesn't make any sense.

The grid should have scroll bar to pull down more locations.

Like tschwa2 said, there is a scroll bar.

But, more importantly, not all locations are available and those that are may not be on the grid for April. Cape Cod during Easter Week might be considered high demand thus, you won't be finding it on any AC grid! Then again, it may not be considered high demand and it may show up.

The scroll bar should prove useful.
