There are numerous threads here on how to sell your timeshare. Search the forums, and read the "sticky" threads at the top of each forum main page. But before you do, be prepared for some reality checks: Chances are very good that if you paid a large amount of money to buy it, you're very unlikely to get that when you sell. Most timeshares are selling for pennies on the dollar, and some can't be given away.

I would sell it with the Points Membership, in my opionion it adds value and the new owner can have the option to opt out should he/she wish to.

If this is an RCI points account, I believe RCI will charge a "transfer fee" on the pts. membership and it's not cheap.
You might give an interested buyer the option of taking your pts. account at whatever cost is involved. Or you could just sell the timeshare and cancel your pts. account. You can get a refund of the unused months/years left on your account.

To be quite honest with you, you will have a problem "selling" any timeshare in Orlando right now. The resale market is flooded with cheap and free timeshares, because of the economy. Most timeshares are selling for 0-10% of original retail these days.

Selling your timeshare
Denise is right however I think her numbers may be a tad be skewed based where you own. Most of the properties on the market were once highly sought after however since this credit crunch Ebay is a primary example of perpertual true market value.
Enjoy the property or find someway to offset your costs and fees. There are ways...
