Final update

Things finalized today. Contract has been added to my Wyndham account and everything is correct including MF's and remaining 2014 points. Thumbs Up to WWPTshares. I wouldn't have a problem purchasing from them in the future. They were efficient and professional.

Timeline:

7/7/14 Signed purchase agreement and sent funds
7/23/14 New warranty deed recorded by the County
7/30/14 Recorded deed received by Wyndham

7 weeks and a day later (all in Wyndham's hands).. Contract showing in my account. Just a tad over 10 weeks from start to finish. I don't think that's bad.
