Hi Guys

New to TS and purchase a 7000 points at Parc Soliel with 21000 point for $38K on 9th Oct, didn't do any checking and my buddy told this week that I paid well over the odds, Given the rescind period was 10days and has passed do I have any options?

Thanks
maj

Sure -- you have the option to learn the best way to use what you purchased.

Yes, you did overpay, but if it is past the rescission period, the contract you signed is fully enforceable. There are plenty of people here on this board that bought retail, so you are in good company. Most people here feel that HGVC is a good system, and I think you will enjoy your ownership. It is a very flexible system, so stick around here and find out how you can make the most of what you now own. Welcome!

I couldn't agree with Kurt's response more. I too bought retail and learned too late to do anything about it. But, rather than let it get to me, I've made sure to learn how to use what I have to its fullest. Remember, you thought it was worth the price you paid when you bought it - just because you could have gotten it for less doesn't diminish that fact. My wife and I have had some great vacations through HGVC and RCI, and we're just getting started!
