Masanutten Summit 4BR Lock-off 1-52 Week Floating

NOT my listing, but on ebay for $255 ($5 "Buy it Now", $50 HOA xfer, $200 paperwork fee). 2015 MFs of $735 to be due. Not as "smoking" a deal as free with 2015 MFs paid in advance, but for those looking for these units, this is a good deal. I just got one from a tug'er recently and don't want to get another, otherwise I'd jump on this one. Good for those that love Massanutten, or a trader with lower MFs (the two 2BR units can be split and I understand do pretty well on TPUs if you secure a good week), I think can still be used for weeks for points on RCI as Summit isn't in points (yet), or for rental. I'm a newbie in many ways, including new to Summit ownership, so not much help with questions, but thought someone might be in the market for one of these and would appreciate the post. If this doesn't qualify at a smoking deal, then apologies in advance to the mod that has to delete it.
